Limited Progress
You must have completed less than 30% of the course content. This includes watched videos, completed quizzes, and downloaded resources.

Your refund request should include a valid reason, such as:
- Course content does not match the description
- Technical issues preventing access
- Course quality below expectations
- Purchased by mistake
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
After 30 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase will not be honored.
Excessive Progress
If you have completed more than 30% of the course, including watching videos, taking quizzes, or downloading significant resources.
Certificate Issued
Courses for which a certificate of completion has been issued are not eligible for refunds.
Promotional/Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased during promotional periods or with significant discounts may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.
Subscription Services
Subscription-based access is non-refundable, though you may cancel future renewals at any time.

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and verify eligibility.
Receive Refund

Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems preventing access to course content, please contact support first. We'll work to resolve the issue. If we cannot fix the problem, we'll process a full refund regardless of the 30-day window.
Course Quality Issues
If course content significantly differs from the description or has quality issues (poor audio/video, incorrect information), we may approve refunds beyond standard criteria on a case-by-case basis.
Duplicate Purchases
Accidental duplicate purchases will be fully refunded regardless of time elapsed, provided you haven't accessed the duplicate course.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be considered:
- Course bundles where some courses have been completed
- Technical issues affecting only part of the course
- Content issues in specific sections of a course

Payment Processing
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods.
Transaction Fees: Payment processing fees are non-refundable. The refund amount may be slightly less than the purchase price due to payment gateway fees.
