By accessing and using Pyarena, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and enroll in courses on Pyarena for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the course materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Transfer the materials to another person
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Pyarena

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

Some courses require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our platform.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if:

• You have completed less than 30% of the course
• The course has technical issues that prevent access
• The course content does not match the description

5. Intellectual Property

The course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and other materials, is owned by Pyarena or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may post reviews, comments, and other content. By posting content, you grant Pyarena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post your content.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer

In no event shall Pyarena, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform.
